repeated classes at different schools?

hey everyone.. I took a Human Physiology course at one school, and received a C+ .. (this school did not offer A&P I and II, instead they separated them into one human anatomy course and one human physiology course) ...Not happy w/ the C+, I took A&P I and II at a school closer to my home and received A's in both. However, I'm not sure if i can label these as "retakes" on my AACOMAS... anyone have similar situation? any ideas?

As long as total credit hours are the same 1 course = 2 half courses
