repeated courses on the application

I repeated 4 courses, so I marked 'repeated' on the second grades that I recieved, but after I e-submmited the application, Pharmcas marked another four 'repeated' marks on the initial grades.
I called Pharmcas and asked them about it, and they said they put 'repeated' on both the first grade and second grade. Now, it looks like I have 8 repeated courses! Is this correct? I am worried that that rule applies to only my application!😱

The same happened to me, don't worry it should be like that.

They have to do that in order to track which class is repeated. Don't worry about it since everybody is being judged the same way.

We had a discussion here on SDN on where the Repeated designation went. We figured that it would make sense if the first class is labeled as repeated to alert the adcom that the failed course was retaken. Yet, PharmCAS is now labeling both the initial and the retake?😕
