When you participate in an experience (work/activities) more than once, you can enter "yes" in the checkbox next to the "repeated" field.

For instance, if you worked as a paid EMT each summer for 3 summers, you can list paid/employment "EMT" since the EMT work was repeated (each summer, for 3 summers). You can add additional date ranges for this work. In other words, you can list EMT once and then describe the work experience, as well as your work hours (e.g., 500+ or number of weeks per summer and average number of hours per week) in the space provided on AMCAS.

Thank you then if I volunteered at several hospitals, should I just put hors separately in the description box? and for the total hours, should I put all volunteer summation hours from several locations or just for one hospital hour total and rest of them put separately in the description?
Hours are included in the "hours" field for each experience. So, if the hours are from a single hospital, you should include the total hours (or the average number of hours per week) for that hospital. Then, you can do the same thing for the other hospitals but please choose wisely because quality is more important than quantity. Was each clinical volunteering experience meaningful to you? You don't have to list all of the hospitals if the experiences were similar. You are encouraged to choose your most significant and meaningful experiences for this section and don't just check the boxes, just to fill-up this section.

For further information, it is advisable to look at the most recent "AMCAS Work/Activities Tips Thread" (and pay attention to @Catalystik's well-stated comments and expertise).
