Hi everybody, I was concerned whether repeating bio classes for better grade will hurt me or help me. I got B for Bio 101 and I expect same grade for Bio 102. I guess everybody are wondering whether repeating any class helps at all or not. thanks for your opinion.

If it is just B's then retaking is probably not a good idea. Just pick it up with the advanced sciences later on.

If you retake a course then it is not like it wipes out your original grade (even if that's how it is for your university). Your AADSAS gpa is an average of the grades. So if you got a C and an A the second time your overall grade would be a B. If you got a B and an A your grade would be like a B+/A-. Is it really worth it to retake a year just so you can get a B+ instead of a B? Probably not.
