I am currently enrolled into a stats course and 2 weeks after I enrolled I got an email from my counselor saying"
The Registrars Office has just alerted us to the fact that you are currently enrolled in STATS 7, but you do have credit for STATS 7 via your score of 4 on AP STATISTICS. If you remain enrolled in STATS 7, you will not receive the units for grade points for this class."
Since the deadline for dropping classes has passed I will be stuck in this class no matter what. My intention of repeating this statistic class is to fulfill the prereq requirements of several medical schools I am applying to.
I am not worried about not receiving the credits but I am more concerned about whether the course will still be recorded on my transcript if I won't be receiving credits.
Has anyone encountered this problem before and did the "repeating" course gets recorded on the transcript ?
Thank you very much for any opinions and advices!
