repeating the personal statement at an interview?

so in an interview if they ask me why i want to go to pharmacy school, should i repeat what i already wrote in my personal statement, or do i think of something new to say? thanks.

I'm thinking you want to stick with what you put in your personal statement. By talking about it in the interview, they will see that you have a passion for it and meant what you said, as opposed to it being something you paid someone to type up for you. Your personal statement is supposed to be about you. Why would you change it?
 
Just tell the truth! Your personal statement should already contain the bulk of it but now you have time to expand on it and add little things you couldn't fit into the essay. You can also add in things that have happened since you wrote the statement - for example, maybe you wrote about how your interest started when a pharmacist helped your family member, but now that you are in organic chem II and/or got a job in a pharmacy you are even more convinced that this is the career for you.
