Replacing Grades vs. Averaging Grades

Hey guys,

Do you know of any programs that replace retaken pre-requisites grades rather than averaging out both grades? I have to retake a few classes, so I need to be smart about where I apply to.

Contact schools that you're interested in after you have reviewed their website, usually that information is on their admissions page. Also pretty sure there are other threads on this forum, try the search function.

I'm not sure if a list has ever been compiled here on the forum...maybe, you'd have to look...

But ya like the above poster said your safest bet would be to call each school and be totally sure of what their policy was...I wouldn't trust what's been posted totally anyway, as things tend to change year to year and become outdated.

PTCAS has you enter all of your grades, even if you've retaken them. Some schools may look at that differently though. So your PTCAS GPA will take into account all of the classes you've taken
