I made this account to ask this question, it feels stupid to ask but I really need to calm myself.
I have been accepted into medical school. I was looking at their student handbook and it states, "All accepted and currently enrolled medical students are required to promptly (within 10 calendar days) report any criminal charges. Criminal behavior includes any felony and misdemeanor violations of the law. It includes speeding tickets, but it excludes minor traffic violations, such as parking tickets."
A year ago I received a speeding ticket, but it wasn't a misdemeanor, just a violation, so I didn't report it on my AACOMAS application.
I attended traffic school, never went to court, and it isn't on my 3 year record, but it is on my 5. Should I report this to the school? Or would this only be a policy for anything that happens while being accepted?
I apologize because I would make fun of myself on here for asking this question. Thanks for the help.
