Report to Board to revoke license when the patient has an obvious vision problem!

All others including epileptics and elderly (dementia), you encourage patient to seek other means of transport.

Is this correct to follow on Step1?

I believe there are laws regarding epileptics. Must be seizure free (medicated or not medicated) for a specified period of time (varies by state) before they can drive.
