when reporting our future classes, do we only have to report the classes we are currently signed up for (ie first semester of our senior year) since they are already on our transcript if we apply the summer after junior year, or also the 2nd semester of senior year?
frankly, i have an idea, but no definite plan how to spend my last semester in terms of classes.

You don't have to entre anything if you don't want. And whatever you do enter is not binding. It's mainly to let schools know when you are planning on taking pre-reqs if you haven't finished them yet.

The classes aren't binding by any means. Just put down what you think you might take (classes to finish up your major, your minor, prereqs you haven't completed, etc).
I'd at least put down the classes for the coming semester but its not going to hurt you to put down the classes for your final semester, even if you end up changing your mind about them

A big +1.

You don't have to put anything, and you won't be held to whatever you do put.
