Amcas forgot future coursework

I forgot to add my future coursework on Amcas including my remaining prereq I need to do (physics 2). Is this something I’ll be significantly hurt by?
I know I can include it on secondaries but do schools even really read those if they decide to reject off the primary?

That's up to the schools. But what's more important is your GPA calculations from completed courses.
