Reporting score on expired MCAT

I don't know if they'll see your old score or not, but many medical schools (perhaps even most) do not consider MCAT scores more than three years old anyway. Obviously, this varies from one school to another. In your case, the within-three-years policy could definitely work to your advantage if your MCAT from four years ago wasn't so great. Good luck in April!
