What are the cush (-ier)/ reputable residency programs in PM&R?

I am talking mainly call (frequency/home) & work hours.

hmmmmmmm....

well, it's PM&R so they are all "relatively cush" in the residency world. within pm&r I would say that Michigan, UVa, VCU-MCV, and maybe Mayo are very strong programs that are relatively cush (they all have home call). But you will get lots of diff. opinions. Go to FREIDA to check out the call schedules, ave hours, and what not.
 
tOSU also has home call with a pretty nice call schedule, if memory serves.

Plus, their 'moonlighting' opportunity (chart review for the State of Ohio) was pretty damn cush. I think they got paid $100 an hour, I forgot the exact amount. :p

JFK has home call and the residents get paid per admission during call. now that's an incentive to admit patients. also, the role of the residents is primarily to learn and not run everything. the residents seem to be very happy there.
