Does anybody have access to de-identified PT documentation of patient management / SOAP notes? I'm specifically looking for ones from an SNF or OP ortho for the purpose of studying them in preparation for clinicals. Thank you so much!

I wouldn't bother. The content will be mostly the same, but the format will be different.

Agreeing with above, I wouldn't bother. If you want to better prepare yourself for clinicals there are definitely better ways to use your time.
