Request pcat score for Pharmcas

anyone know If I order PCAT score 1/23/2010 for pharmcas last week, how long does it take to get to pharmcas?

im not sure on this but i am sure that someone had already discussed regarding this in the old threads...but i know that the later u order the transcript, the later it will come...

I'm not too sure about this, but I think I heard if you send your score to a pharmcas school that it will automatically be sent to pharmcas. I heard this, but I'm not too sure. If someone wants to confirm or post a link to where this information can be found, please post it.

i paid $20 or something to have it sent to pharmcas, took less than a week i think

kind lame PCAT lists all those schools that doesnt even accept PCAT scores directly from PCAT.... should just be 104, and schools that doesnt use pharmcas...i took it 3 times and never realized it should be 104 lol

I never realized to send my score to pharmas. I sent directly to school that i applied, althought those schools that i applied listed on pharmcas. 🙁

I have heard this, too. Call PharmCAS to check it out.

You are correct...I just signed up for the June test, and from the PCAT registration process:

"Select the school codes for the desired recipient schools from the existing list of all pharmacy schools. When you select a score recipient school that is a member of PharmCAS, the scores will be sent electronically to PharmCAS. These scores may or may not also be sent on paper transcripts, depending on the indicated preferences of the recipient schools, at no additional charge to you."

Be careful though...I kind of screwed up - you can't select ONLY pharmcas like I tried to do as the schools I'm applying to require scores to be sent to pharmcas. If you try to select "pharmcas - 104" only, it gets kicked out and shows up as no selections chosen.

Thanks for that reply Twiggy, I probably would've been frustrated for a while since that is what I thought I should do (only send it to 104 and not the school's code 😛)
