Rescheduling problem

I am trying to reschedule my test date but when I select the DAT test and click start it asks for the information which when provided takes me to the biometric consent page to accept. Once I accept that it says go to prometric.com to reschedule, make an appointment and takes me back to the main page. I am going in circles now. Do we need to call them to reschedule or can we do it online. Any help will be appreciated since I need to change it soon. Does it matter if it Sunday?

I just called, if you call they have more times available. When you do it only and click on a date generally it shows only one or two times. When i called to change it a week out I asked for Wed and she said what time from 9am-4 pm.
