Research Course Grades Count?

Hey does anyone know if taking research classes and doing reasearch (same thing) counts towards the science GPA or is it an extra curricular? Anyone know the details, thanks.

Mine counted toward my science GPA because they were listed as a science class.

my reasearch was with ecology, and counted toward my science gpa

yeah, they definitely count. i did my masters while i was still an undergrad, so my GPA is stuffed with research credit haha
