Hey Everyone,

My situation is a little unique (I won't go into it here, it's not really relevant), but because of this I haven't submitted my PTCAS yet and I'm scrambling right now to submit it this week. I'm pretty set on everything except I have two questions:

First, where do I insert undergraduate research experience on the PTCAS application? Would it go under extra-curricular activities? My research honestly didn't have anything to do with physical therapy, but I'm still proud of the fact that I designed and completed my own research experience, including a paper and an upcoming presentation. I would really like to include it. Is this appropriate?

Also, because of my situation I'm only applying to one school, Midwestern University IL. Luckily their deadline isn't until December, but they do have rolling admissions. Does anyone know if schools like this with rolling admissions ever fill up their class before the deadline? Like will applying so late mean that I might not even stand a chance?

Thanks for the help!

I think it's a great idea to include the research project in your application, and the extracurricular section is probably a good place for it, since it doesn't fit in well anywhere else on the application.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your rolling admissions question.

Thanks for your reply! I ended up putting it under extra-curricular activities....it can't hurt!
