Also, if the course code and name repeats every quarter, would the system account them as one class (due to AACOMAS grade replacement policy)?

Enter it exactly as it appears on your transcript..
 
What do you mean by research grade? Like independent study? Special problems course?

It would count towards your science GPA and if you took this class multiple times, then they would NOT be considered as a single class. You just have to list the class and the grade for every quarter you took it.

yeah I just got an email from them saying yep, sGPA if letter graded
