Research hours

I am currently filling out the AACOMAS application and I need some advice/help regarding research hours.. Thank you for your time and help!!

My school has a special program which allows me to concurrently do my MS work and my BS work together...

So on my transcript I have a BY course that is listed as "Grad" student research credit for 1 hour. However, on my transcript I have the SAME EXACT BY research credit hours of 9hrs and 10hrs respectively, also listed as UNDERGRAD even though I took them for GRAD level masters thesis research hours. My school said they cannot fix this. Do I enter the credit hours as listed on my transcript (undergrad?) or do I make my own mind up and just "change" the undergrad course listed hours to "grad" on the online app.??

Also how do I post the research hours credit? Is masters thesis hours just "bio/zoo" or "other science'? pls help me with this!! Sorry for the long and confusing post....

that being said, i believe believe you list both transcript items separately on your application.

As for the hours in the experience section, I estimated my hours based on my usual week in the lab and my total time on the project.

1. Your AACOMAS courses will have to match your transcript.

2. I do not know enough about grad courses to answer this confidently. I agree with the above post - ask AACOMAS.
