Do you know standard questions (psychological profile test) that can be ask during a casual job interview to know if he is mentally ill/unstable? Questions that can be ask without making the person very SUSPICIOUS that you are wondering if he is crazy or not.
Like this one: Do you have any problems sleeping at night?
But not this one: Have you been seeing or hearing things that other people can not hear?
