I am an occupational therapy student at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. For my doctoral capstone, I am conducting a research study to explore OT and PT students’ empathy and attitudes toward the medically underserved. The study will also explore relationships between various socioeconomic and educational factors and empathy and attitudes toward the underserved.
