Research TMDAS, write name of paper if published?

Hi,

For TMDAS, do I write the name of paper (title) if I am co-author in description? If so, their is not much space to write my role in the project. Where do I write about my role in the project?

Why not have a separate space for the Research and another for an accepted Publication, with just the citation in the second space?
