Ive seen many people post about doing research, to make their Application stronger.....what type of research are they talking about.......Is it in the field of Dentistry or can it be anything science related?

preferably dentistry related (bone cell research, directly related dental studies)

but any research is good. it shows you can work in an organized, methodological fashion and understand science. Basically, it makes you look smart, which unfortunately is 👍 👍 👍

Any sort of science research you list should bolster your application, especially if you manage to publish.
