Any branch, particularly navy, taking reserve pediatrics? I am in my first year peds residency. Would be interested in signing up during or after training.

You will have to talk with a medical recruiter from the different branches to know what is currently available

Not hard to join the Guard or Reserve as a General Medical Officer or Flight Surgeon from any specialty. Will be harder to find Pediatrician specific slots.
