As pro metrics centers are closed due to covid-19 and every thing is re opening slowly so there are a lot of students who still didn’t take USMLE exams to finish their requirements and visa status is also taking time. Will it give a chance to the graduates who are Already graduateD and didn’t match? I wanted to ask will programs consider more Students who are in USA rather than Students traveling from all over the world for ivs? Does it increase any chances to get more ivs this year?

Honestly, maybe and I wish you all the best. However, if you didn't get that many interviews in previous cycles and your application is pretty much the same +/- some scribe/observership position... You are not going to be more successful in the next cycle no matter what the special circumstances are IMO. The bar is not going to be set any lower.

I also highly doubt the competitiveness will lessen.

Coronachan knows all. She will determine what happens this next cycle. This cycle will favor the unmatched and former residents as their applications are more ready than everyone elses.
