2) most only care about non-traffic violations
3) there's nothing you can do about it now is there?

I'm required to present a clean background check for clinical rotations.

The OP is a medical student; his post belongs in the medical student forum where residents and others can answer it. The reason he hasn't gotten many answers yet are:

1) its been less than 12 hours since he posted his FIRST query (i.e., he's not patient enough), let alone the SECOND one
2) its the weekend and people are doing stuff and not posting on SDN
3) no one knows the answer because every program will handle it differently
