Residency application program fees

A last minute question on programs requiring fees. Do the fees need to arrive to the programs by November 15th or be post-marked by Nov. 15th? Thank you!!

I think the programs are supposed to receive it on or before the 15th but I guess it is up to the programs in the end. That is my understanding.

Fees and additional materials are suppose to be received prior to the 15th. But I believe this is program dependent. I mailed a fee with tracking to one particular program and for whatever reason it still hasn't been received. I contacted the program and they didn't seem to care.

Mail at a lot of health systems/hospitals is very difficult to try and control. Even though its sent to one hospital/ office as fast as delivery as possible, it may need to go through several more stops through the programs mailing systems. Mail at ours takes forever. Worst part is nobody can really do anything about it.
