Are many programs still accepting applications through eras?

At this point, I expect very few programs are considering new applications. ERAS won't prevent you from sending an app, but most programs are now focusing on interviewing the people they have already invited. Is it possible that there are some programs that just didn't get enough applications and might still be interested in reviewing more? Maybe, but impossible to really know which those might be.
