Why in the world would you apply to 50 psych residencies? Were you convicted of a felony at some point in your past?
(to answer your question, the applications would cost in the neighborhood of $800-900. It's the interviews that are expensive. Most people can't withstand more than about 15 of those, even if money is no object. And in psych, you shouldn't need more than 8.)
