Vent, PGY1 here who is absolutely not loving residency so far (not anything malignant, just typical residency stuff). I'm coming to accept that I may be too burned out by hospital stuff by the end of residency to pursue a fellowship. Outpatient gen neuro seems very appealing rn. I am not alone, am I?
