residency in europe in english medium

Hi,guys!quite new here n very curious also.thats normal.

Can anybody tell me which european (western) countries (hospitals) that offers residncy spots in english language in surgical specialties??

I'm very interested in doing my residency next year probably after graduation from Belarus.

What are my possible options and steps i should take.Coz i've been searching online but can't find anything yet.
