Residency in Spain

Hello all.

I am from Turkey and i am studying Medicine.My point is i want to go spain and become a doctor of sports.I mean sports medicine.I can speak Spanish with B2 level.I know MIR exam but i think my knowledge is still not enough.What i supposed to do?I need a serious help with clear information.
