The best way to find out about this is to look at individual programs with FREIDA. Go here:
http://www.ama-assn.org/vapp/freida/srch/

Conduct a search of internal med programs in the geographic region that interests you. If FREIDA's synopsis of each program doesn't include info on the MBA option, the individual web sites for the programs (usually included as a link on FREIDA) should provide you with this information.
