I'd like to get an idea of the common practices of residency applicants after interviews. Do you send emails, letters or cards? What do you say? How often do you get replies from them?
Do you CALL the programs, and if so, are you able to speak to the Program Director?
What about letting programs know that they are your top ranked program?
Is is okay to ask the programs how you fare in their rank-list?
