We are a group of medical educators and public health students at Yale interested in developing a tool to measure residency program community well-being. To do this, we are inviting residents to take a brief anonymous survey. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought renewed emphasis on the importance of trainee wellbeing, as residents have often borne the weight of increased clinical demands. We hope the findings from this study will help training programs better support their residents in order to cultivate flourishing.
