So I'm moving out of state next month for a research fellowship that is two years. I'm currently a PGY-1 and didn't require a residency relocation loan as I was moving close to home between med school and internship. Now I'm 10 months out and would actually require it. Are there any lenders that lend beyond the 6 months post graduation? Otherwise I may have to try to find another private loan.
