Residency Relocation Loans

I was curious if anyone out there has any opinions on these types of loans. Any one loan better than another, ie MEDEX, CITIBANK? If anybody has experience with these please fill me in.

Sorry for being ignorant, but could you please explain what a "Residency Relocation Loan" is?

Low interest rate loans to help you when you move (i.e., put all your stuff in a U-haul and drive it across the country and move into a new apartment/house) to begin residency.

I have used citibank loans..and really haven't had any problems. I used them the last 3 years of school...and they seem to process quickly...and without issue...

anyone else have input??
