Not really. Word of mouth is probably the best you get for ENT. Wouldn't trust much if anything on otomatch, seems like a lot of axes being ground around there.
ENT is a small field with small departments. Departments can change dramatically with only a couple faculty leaving or coming in. The program your chief resident interviewed at can be quite different from the program today. I found the PGY1-PGY3s particularly helpful when it comes time to pick places to apply.
Also sit down with your home chair and/or PD. They can let you know programs they respect, and programs where their letters may pull more weight.
All in all I think there's very few (if any) programs in otolaryngology where you don't get great training. I was blown away with the quality of places on the interview trail, and my final list rank was very difficult as a result. The field as a whole is quite homogeneous I think due to the high quality of applicant and self-selecting personalities. I think it ultimately is more about personality fit within a specific program, which isn't something you're going to find online.
