Do most residencies for specialties pay besides orthodontic residencies? ive been doing some research and it looks like that a little? Am i wrong? does anyone who have knowledge of this care to chime in

Very few Endodontic residencies do. I would say you could count them on one hand.

so it says tuition is 50,000 and stipend is 23,000. They get paid and pay?
 
Those are just averages. So average tuition is 50K and the average stipend amount is 23K. Again very few schools have stipends. And sure, if a school has a stipend you may still have to pay for fees and even tuition. Research specific programs if you have more questions. They will have all the info you need.
 
You need to first figure out what specialty interests you most. The place where you will learn about the specialties is in Dental school. One step at a time :)

Relax. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn about different specialties in dental school. Just keep your grades up if you have specialty in mind. Don't jump the gun.
