Resident vs. Attending question

I was just wondering at what point in your residency it is ok to say to the attending, "It's Miller Time, pops, why don't you do that your own damn self."
Any advice would be appreciated.

Never. You do after all, need a job.

You can do it when you are a senior attending (Chair of Department), or a Hospital Administrator. 🙄

Never do it if you are a resident or a student. 😱

Oooh wait, you can do it if you are a NURSE. Those gals (or guys) are untouchable..... For Real.
