Im (img) I passed usmle step 1 first attempt 83 , now Im going to take ck in october my usmleworld score is 60 49%completed do I have still chance of residency next year?
I have my lors , personal statement done.
familiy practice? or
internal medicine? preferred

Apply early and apply strong.
Make sure u pass both CS and Ck
U will get interviews yet due to your weak step one score not as many as u may hope. CK has the added advantage of boosting your application so take it as soon as you are ready. I have friends who only applied with step 1 yet competition is getting tougher every year.

DO NOT FAIL EITHER of them especially CS because if the score is not in on time programs can not rank u and dont take that exam lightly.
