Just wanted to feel out how much of a PITA resolution 42 has been for DO's in ACGME residencies in those 5 unfortunate states as of late? The ability to moonlight during residency is important to me and I'm trying to feel out if resolution 42 is a big enough burden that it should affect where I'm accepting interviews or my ROL. Thanks

I'm thinking about EM in a few years, but I don't at all know what res42 is...
