Those who got it know what it is... How do we apply for it? Is it straight forward, or has anyone met difficulties getting the Res 42 approval foe those few states that require the AOA internship?

I've been told by AOA folks that last summer they were denying at least some people b/c there was an AOA residency in the same specialty within 90 miles of their MD residency.
