I don't see the red flag grades as major issue at all. Your EC, volunteer experience is strong. Your grades/MCAT are OK so if you write well, tell a great story on app and interview well you have a decent shot.

Remove Brown, Kaiser, Geisinger, Miami and Wake Forest

Add: St. Louis School Medicine, Drexel and Temple

I'm not 100% sure that the C's are red flags either, but it may catch the attention of some faculty if your MCAT science subscores were low (not provided by the OP).

Follow-up regarding your interest in rural health: any clinical experiences related to this?
