I am a PT currently practicing in Turkey. I just got hired by a rehab center which primarily evals/treats patients who are developmentally disabled, so I will mostly be seeing CP, Down Syndrome, Scoliosis (and other DD patients) types of patients. The center is currently building an in-ground Aquatic Therapy Pool and I will be responsible for pretty much everything that has to do with the pool such as facility set-up, purchasing equipment etc...
I am looking for advice on things like facility set-up/design, forms, water managament etc... I have found a few vendors here and they have many equipments available, so finding them should not be an issue. Also, if you have any initial eval forms tailored to the DD population and/or pediatrics, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks everyone.
