Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm still uneasy about this topic and would like to get it down pat. Looking for a good resource that contains a lot of practice problems pertaining to this (i.e. Rate these acids by their strengths, or rate these bases by their strengths). Thanks!

You shouldn't have to memorize acid/base strengths for the MCAT. You should have a general feeling for strong acids like HCl but there won't be something obscure on there. Most likely they will give you enough information for you to figure out acid/base strength.
