What is the consensus on PreTest vs Appleton and Lange for prep for this shelf? Which do you think is better?

As for your question I've heard of none of those besides Pretest. I have heard BRS and UWorld are good resources and Case Files and Pretest are decent as well. Now that I think about it maybe you're referrring to publishers. Too lazy to check.
