Does anyone have any tips when studying the anatomical and biomechanics differences for pronation/supination and inversion/eversion?

I loved kinesiology of the musculoskeletal system, by Neumann. I used maybe 3 textbooks in my entire DPT degree and this was one of them. I agree, the ankle can be pretty confusing.
Aside from buying resources, I spent a lot of time looking up examples and pictures on google until I could drill them into my head. Then I would make those movements with my own foot and ankle. It's rather nice that you can bring your body with you into exams 🙂
