Resources to learn about coding/billing?

I see people discuss the different codes, add-ons, and what not but are there any good books or websites that discuss the different levels of care, codes, and add ons with regards to psychiatry? I would like to get good at this during residency and my program doesn't seem to talk too much about it. I think it would be nice to get an idea of what the coders do when I hit submit my documentation. Thank you.

The information is weak at best and there are few "good" coders which do MH billing. Talk with your hospital coding supervisor and see if they have a representative who specializes in MH - if so, you can approach your PD to have some lectures from the coder on how to improve documentation and billing with the help of the coder.
